WEATSF Scholarships Awarded 2021-2022

The WEAT Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization that was incorporated in 2013. The Fund currently has 14 named endowments who provide funding to applicants. These individual endowments have been created and named at the request of a WEAT Section, or to recognize current respected contributing members, or as a memorial to a late member who provided dedicated and distinguished service to WEAT at the state level or to their individual Section.

The WEATSF awarded its first scholarships in 2014. Since that time a total of $215,400 in scholarships have been awarded to 111 different recipients, 40 of whom have received support for multiple years.

The WEAT Scholarship Fund (WEATSF) is pleased to announce the following scholarship recipients have been selected for the 2021/2022 academic year. This year WEATSF awarded a total of $39,050 in scholarships to thirty-six (36) eligible applicants. The amounts awarded were from funds donated by the eight of the named WEATSF Endowments.
